These Terms of Use govern your use of the site follidlab.it (the "Site"). By browsing the Site you implicitly accept these terms; if you don't agree with them, please don't continue browsing.
The Site is not an online sales platform: it is not possible to purchase services, make payments, or enter into contracts directly on the Site. Every collaboration, service package or professional engagement is discussed and agreed individually — through direct contact (form, email, DM, call) — and governed by a separate agreement/quote between the parties. These Terms are therefore not general terms and conditions of sale.
All content on the Site — text, images, logos, graphics, the "follid lab" brand and any other element — is owned by Fiorillo Denise or used with the relevant authorisation, and is protected under applicable copyright and industrial property law. Reproducing, copying, distributing or reusing this content, in whole or in part, without written permission is prohibited, except where expressly allowed by law (e.g. quotation with attribution).
You agree to use the Site lawfully and appropriately, without taking actions that could damage its operation, security or reputation (for example, unauthorised access attempts, or sending offensive or unlawful content through the contact form).
The Site may contain links to third-party sites or social profiles (e.g. Instagram, Google Calendar). We have no control over these external sites and are not responsible for their content, their privacy practices, or any damage arising from their use. Accessing external sites is entirely at your own discretion and risk.
We do our best to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee the absence of errors, omissions or service interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use, or inability to use, the Site, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Messages you send through the contact form are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. By sending a message you confirm that its content is truthful and does not infringe the rights of third parties.
These Terms may be updated over time, for example following changes in the law or new features on the Site. The version in force is always the one published on this page, showing the last-updated date.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms falls under the jurisdiction of the Court of Pistoia (Foro di Pistoia), Italy, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions that may apply in your country of residence, which are not excluded by this clause.
